Roxanne Andrews
Roxanne Andrews, Ph.D., is a health services researcher with CDOM, where she conducts research using the Healthcare Cost and Utilization Project (HCUP) databases. She has used administrative data to study health care costs, utilization, quality and access. Her research has focused on special populations including ethnic minorities, urban-rural populations, and low income populations. Dr. Andrews was formerly Deputy Director, California Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development where she directed a division responsible for research on California's health care system and performance reports on the quality of California hospitals.
