Dina Moss
Dina Moss is a Program Analyst in CDOM, where she leads ACTION II—Accelerating Change and Transformation in Organizations and Networks. ACTION II is a contract mechanism that links the Nation's top researchers with some of the largest health care systems to conduct rapid cycle, applied research designed to accelerate the development, implementation, and spread of promising innovations in the delivery of health services. Dina has a particular interest in research focused on improving health care delivery through system and process redesign, and in efforts to spread findings from such research widely across diverse health care providers and health delivery systems. She develops and manages both grants and contracts to support such efforts. Prior to joining AHRQ, Dina was a writer and editor specializing in health policy. She began her work in policy design and implementation as the Assistant for Policy Development to the New Jersey Commissioner of Health. Dina earned her Master's Degree from Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs.
