Before the intervention (January 1998 to June 1999), the chart shows a range of about 61 percent to nearly 65 percent of eligible members meeting the study criteria who were on bronchodilators and steroid inhalers. After the intervention (June 1999-October 2000), the chart shows a range of just over 64 percent to nearly 67 percent of eligible members on bronchodilators and steroid inhalers.
