How to Use This Site

This page is designed to help you understand the format and features of the SCHIP learning module.

To reveal explanations and tips for how to use this site, please click on the small red arrows throughout this page.  You should see a pop-up box appear on your screen containing text.

Please click on the "Close" button when you are finished reading the material to make the box disappear.

There are three ways to view content:

  • Read the module like a book
Information pages follow in sequential order so that you may navigate through these pages like reading a book. (use the Previous and Next links)
  • Select items of interest
Select menu items.  Each menu item links to just the section of pages it relates to.
  • Learner-driven path – link to what you care about
You may opt to navigate via related questions below each information page. This is the most efficient method to take you to exactly the piece or body of information that you care about.

Each content page in the learning module is linked to the site map.
On any page within the learning module, you may link to the site map to see a vertical display of topics that have and have not been visited. Topics that have been visited will appear as purple hyperlinks; topics that have not been visited will appear as blue hyperlinks.
