Review Criteria for Breast Cancer Chemoprevention
Review Criteria for Abstracts i. Randomized controlled trial. ii. Either primary prevention or treatment of patients with breast cancer. iii. Difference between arms of trial is tamoxifen or raloxifene. iv. Outcome is incidence, mortality, recurrence, or disease-free interval.
Review Criteria for Articles i. Randomized controlled trial. ii. Primary prevention only. iii. Tamoxifen/raloxifene versus placebo. iv. Outcome is incidence of or mortality from breast cancer.
