The first box reads 'MEDLINE(R) 1996-March 2004: 127 citations' with an arrow pointing down from it. 33 citations from the 2002 report, and 27 citations from experts and reference lists are added to this for 187 total citations. 13 duplicate citations are deleted, and the final box notes that 174 total citations were imported into the EndNote(R) library.
