Chunliu Zhan, MD, PhD
Chunliu Zhan, MD, PhD, has degrees in Health Services Research and Policy from the University of Minnesota and in Public Health from Wuhan Medical College. Currently a Health Scientist Administrator with the Center for Outcomes and Evidence, he oversees grants, cooperative agreements and contracts of health services and effectiveness research. His research interests include healthcare quality and safety measurement and assessment, health system interventions and health policies and effectiveness and cost-effectiveness research. His work has been published in JAMA, Health Affairs, Health Services Research, Medical Care, and other journals.
