be much more efficient by using existing measures.

||Aims to increase awareness of innovative strategies and activities among health care providers in a timely manner.
|AHRQ Web M&M Rounds
||An online journal and forum on patient
safety and health care quality. Features expert analysis of medical
errors, interactive learning modules, and forums for online discussion
with pertinent application to nursing practice and education programs.
|AHRQ Datasets and Surveys
||Several large datasets are available for research,
including Internet-based reporting tools and electronic subscription
lists for updates. Existing datasets are helpful for obtaining
preliminary data before initiating a study and for teaching students

||An annual survey of use of specific health services,
including cost and insurance data, with four components: household,
nursing home, medical provider, and insurance.

||This project will measure
and publicly report patients' hospital experience, valuable for
benchmarking and as a teaching tool.
|Healthcare Cost & Utilization Project (HCUP)
||A family of health care databases merging data from
State organizations, hospital associations, private data organizations,
and the Federal government and representing the largest collection of longitudinal
hospital care data in the United States. Four databases are available: nationwide inpatient, State
inpatient, State ambulatory surgery, and kid's inpatient.
