Figure 3 is a line graph with a Y axis from 0.0 to 2.5 and an X axis from baseline to June. Results are per 1,000 line days. Baseline (number = 58) is at 2.040; January (number = 55) is at 0.860; February (number = 56) is at 1.200; March (number = 58) is at 1.590; April (number = 58) is at 1.250; May (number = 55) is at 1.080; June (number = 51) is at 1.370.

*Sample size per time period represents the number of facilities providing NHSN data.
