Information about the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), and the Notification and Federal Anti-Discrimination and Retaliation Act (No FEAR).

The Notification and Federal Employee Anti-discrimination and Retaliation Act of 2002 (No FEAR Act), (Public Law No. 107-174) ensures that federal agencies pay more attention to their Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) policies and whistle-blower activities, and act expeditiously to resolve complaints.
