Figure 4. Manual Data Entry Screen

This figure shows an example of the HavBED screen that appears when a users enters the manual data entry pathway. The screen shows the current HAvBED data for the facility, including bed type, adult Intensive Care Unit (ICU), medical/surgical, burn, pediatric ICU, pediatrics, psychiatric, negative pressure/isolation rooms, and operating rooms. For each bed type, there are blocks with current beds available, 24 hour beds available and 72 hour beds available. There is also space for comments. Additional information includes emergency department status, decontamination facility status, and ventilators available and in use.
