Figure shows the information that appears for Figure 23 if the user pauses the mouse over 'available beds/24 hours.' The drop-down message explains that this number is 'an informed estimate as to how many vacant (staffed, unoccupied) beds above the current number that could be available within 24 hours. This would include created institutional surge beds as well as beds made available by discharging/transferring patients.'
