Rapid Secondary Analysis to Optimize Care for Patients with Multiple Chronic Conditions (R01)
These 7 grants, for up to $400,000 were funded in 2014. Organizations with large data sets were charged with conducting research to optimize processes and treatments that provide rapid and relevant information to the clinical community to best care for patients with MCC. The overall goal for the RFA is to provide scientific evidence and information for use by patients and the clinical community to better manage MCC patient care.
