Material in this module and Module 3 will revisit content first introduced in Module 1. This repetition is intentional to reinforce the material and provide more details on specific issues. In Module 2, we’ll review the principles and components of the Project RED intervention, then discuss your current discharge process and suggested metrics for evaluating your progress with the intervention. Finally, we will delve more specifically into the activities associated with patient admission, education, and the Patient Care Plan.
