  • Review strategic challenges.
  • Align strategic objectives with action steps.
  • Determine roles and goals.
  • Establish communication plan.
  • Align tactics with time horizons.
  • Determine next steps.

Notes:

Leaders of organizations sometimes have only one chance to fundamentally transform their organizations, so it is important to have a deployment plan and execute it well. This slide lists the elements of a deployment plan.
