  • Determine staff's perception of:
    • Project's value compared with expectations.
    • Management support, patient impact, staff satisfaction, and overall quality.
    • Overall project.
    • Opportunities for improvement in dissemination.

Notes:

Qualitative and anecdotal data are useful in case studies and can provide insight on the items listed in this slide.
