Notes:

In Module 4, we cover PI tools and techniques that are used in the Check and Act phases of the Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) methodology and the Improve and Control phases of Lean Six Sigma methodology of Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control (DMAIC). During the launch phase, your team will pilot test the improved process, apply the best-practice discharge strategies, and begin to establish monitoring controls for sustainability.
