On-Time Prevention of Pressure Ulcers Partnering With Quality Improvement Organizations Final ReportDecember 31, 2007This report describes the results of the project "On-Time Quality Improvement in Long Term Care," which was designed to reengineer the nursing home's workflow processes around pressure ulcer prevention and integrate health information technology into those processes.
