Child U.S. population (under 18 years of age, civilian, noninstitutionalized) whose parents reported that, during the previous 12 months, they or a doctor thought they needed to see a specialist.

Numerator

Child U.S. population (under 18 years of age, civilian, noninstitutionalized) whose parents reported that, during the previous 12 months, they or a doctor thought they needed to see a specialist whose parents subsequently reported no problems getting referral to a specialist in past year.
