For quality of care, 13 core report measures: poor received poorer quality of care than high-income for 11 measures of quality, the same quality of care for 1 measure of quality, and better quality of care for 1 measure of quality. For access to care, 8 core report measures: poor had worse access to care than high-income for 8 measures of access.
