Black vs. White	Usual primary care provider. Unable or delayed in receiving care due to financial or insurance problems.
Asian vs. White
American Indian/Alaska Native vs. White
Hispanic vs. non-Hispanic White	Health insurance. Source of ongoing care. Usual primary care provider.
Poor vs. high income	Source of ongoing care. Usual primary care provider. Unable or delayed in receiving care.

Note: "Asian" includes "Asian or Pacific Islander" (API) when information is not collected separately for each group. The most recent and oldest years of data available are compared. A blank cell indicates that no disparity in access to care was getting worse for the group. This may reflect lack of data or small sample sizes for some populations.
