Five integrated areas necessary for system transformation must fit together like the tightly fitted pieces of a puzzle. The five puzzle pieces are: right physical environment, right people, right process, right communication and culture, and right reward system. Overlaying the puzzle is information technology, which plays a role in holding the puzzle together.
