The small box indicates "Command and Control: Emergency Operations Center (EOC)" and, in a box within the box, the "Dispensing Operations Commander."

From the "Dispensing Operations Commander," one line leads to a small box to the side indicating "Additional DVCs." A second line leads to the larger box below: "Individual Dispensing/Vaccination Center (DVC)." The first section in this box is "DVC Site Commander," with four titles branching from the commander: "Liaison Officer," "Information Officer," "Safety Officer," and "Medical Director." This section is labeled DVC Command and Control."

From that section stem four branches: "Planning Section," "Operations Section," "Logistics Sections," and "Finance/Administration Section."

Four units fall under "Planning Section": "Situation Unit," "Resource Unit," "Documentation Unit," and "Demobilization Unit."

Under "Operations Section" are "Staging Area" and "Security" on the right, and "Triage Unit," "Medical Evaluation Unit," "Patient Briefing Unit," "Pharmacy Unit," "Mental Health Unit," and "Transportation Unit" on the left. The units are labeled "DVC Stations."

Under "Logistics Sections," are a "Services Branch" with a "Communications Unit" branching from it, and a "Support Branch" with a "Staff Room/Board Unit" branching from it.
