Four decision points (A, B, C, and D) are depicted on this figure, top to bottom: A. Patient dying?  If yes, an arrow points to the number 1 (for triage level 1). If no, an arrow moves the reader down to the next box, B. Shouldn't wait?  If yes, an arrow points to the number 2 (for triage level 2). If no, an arrow moves the reader down to the next box, C. How many resources? If the reader chooses 'none,' an arrow points to the number 5 (for triage level 5). If the reader chooses 'one,'  an arrow points to the number 4 (for triage level 4). If the reader chooses 'many,' an arrow points the reader to the next box, D.  Vital signs.  If yes, an arrow marked 'consider' points to the number 2.  If no, an arrow points to the number 3.
