A bar graph showing the percentage of patients reporting improvement after cataract surgery based on five measures. 96 percent had improved visual acuity as measured on the Snellen eye chart; 89 percent had an improved VF-14 score; 85 percent had improved satisfaction with vision; 80 percent had less self-reported trouble with vision; and 67 percent reported improvement based on the general health status test, the Sickness Impact Profile (SIP).
