a All recommended vaccines include at least 4 doses of diphtheria-tetanus-acellular pertussis (DTaP), at least 3 doses of poliovirus, at least 1 dose of measles-mumps-rubella (MMR), at least 3 doses of Haemophilus influenzae (Hib) of any type, at least 3 doses of hepatitis B (HepB), at least 1 dose of varicella vaccine, and at least 4 doses of Pneumococcal conjugate vaccine (PCV).The vaccines included in this measure are based on the corresponding Healthy People 2020 objective IID-8.

b Negative/poor refers to household incomes below the Federal poverty line; near poor/low, the poverty line to just below 200 percent of the poverty line; middle, 200 percent to just below 400 percent of the poverty line; and high, 400 percent of the poverty line and over.
