The channels are listed in a key to the right of the pie: Web, IVR, E-mail, Chat, and Voice. The portions of the pie correspond to the following number of employees needed for each channel: 0 for Web, 0 for IVR, 11 for E-mail, 6 for Chat, and 42 for Voice.
