In this diagram, a cloud representing the overall network has two facets: MCI, AT&T, Qwest, and Internet Protocol (IP) Network.

Icons labeled Telephone and Cell Phone feed into the MCI, AT&T, Qwest Network.

Icons labeled iMac, IBM Compatible, Laptop Computer, and Hand Held Computer feed into the IP Network.

Lightning bolts indicate the connection between the network "cloud" and various sets of icons. One goes to a box containing Outsource Solution and icons labeled City, Telephone, and Workstation. Another old goes to a connected set of icons labeled PBX, Interactive Voice Server, Web/IP Server, and FAQs, PDF, and Case Information.
