This diagram is titled Proposed HEALTH Mult-channel Contact Center. On the left is an illustration of a stack of servers labeled, top to bottom, Operational Analyst Server, Interaction Center Server, Avaya™ IPSI Control A, S8700 Media Server, (Server 2 and Server 1), two P133GTs, UPS 700VA 1, and UPS 700VA 2.

Media Server connects to a box containing Controlled Local Area Network, Multiple Application Platform, and Adjunct Switch Application Interface. That box connects to 5 icons labeled CMS Server, RightFax Server, Telephony Server, INTUITY™ AUDIX, and Interactive Voice Response. The P133GT icon connects to Denver Health LAN/WAN via 100 Mbps Ethernet.

Avaya™ IPSI Control A is connected to a set of icons labeled Health Care Provider Desktop. The separate icons are labeled Group, Workstation, and Telephone. Avaya IPSI Control A is also connected, via public switched telephone network, to another set of icons labeled Remote Agent (Dual Connect). The icons are labeled User and Internet Protocol SoftPhone. A third icon, a telephone, is unlabeled.
