Data Entry and Analysis Tools

The Data and Entry and Analysis Tools may be used after you administered your SOPS survey to assist with analyzing your survey data. These Microsoft® Excel® Tools have macros enabled to automatically create tables and graphs of your survey results. You can either manually enter your survey data or copy or paste values from your web survey output into the Data Entry sheet to see your results. You can also export your survey data.

There is a tool for each of the SOPS surveys and supplemental item sets. To request one of the tools, email DatabasesOnSafetyCulture@westat.com and specify which survey tool you would like.

As an example, the image below shows the Hospital Survey 2.0 Data Entry and Analysis Tool menu, with the features available for each component.
