Instructions on Joining WebEx Via Computer
Step 1: Click on or copy the link below and paste it in your browser. It is recommended to use Firefox or Chrome.
Step 2: Provide the event password: Erf4rQZ4
Note that the password is case sensitive.
Step 3: Complete the registration process by providing: first and last name, email address, company name, city and state. All fields are required and you will not be allowed to join the meeting if you leave fields blank.
Step 4: A window will pop up with the meeting information for the audio portion of the webinar. To connect to the audio, you can:
- Dial in—you will be provided with a phone number and ID number to connect to the system.
- The system will call you back on a telephone phone number
- You can connect to the audio via your computer
Step 5: If the webinar has started you will see the presenter's screen.
