- National Guidelines ClearinghouseTM (NGC): The NGC mission is to provide physicians and other health professionals a tool for obtaining objective, detailed information on clinical practice guidelines and to further their dissemination, implementation, and use.
- Electronic Prevention Services Selector (ePSS): The ePSS is a free application that clinicians can use to search and browse U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) recommendations on the Web, on a PDA or on a mobile device. The ePSS brings information on clinical preventive services— recommendations, clinical considerations, and selected practice tools—to the point of care.

Teams
- Creating Patient-Centered Team-Based Care (PDF, 972 KB). A white paper to stimulate further discussion about how to integrate the principles of patient-centered care into workforce reconfigurations and other aspects of the transition to new primary care models.
- TeamSTEPPS® for Office-Based Care Version. The office-based version of Team Strategies and Tools to Enhance Performance and Patient Safety (TeamSTEPPS) adapts the core concepts of 20 years of evidence in the application of teamwork principles to building high functioning teams specifically in office-based settings.
