Network Mission Statement:
SALT-Net is an association of practices in the Central and Northern New York regions devoted to sharing the successes and solving the problems of primary health care. We conduct practice-based research on primary care topics important to our membership, sharing best practices and research evidence with regional physicians. Our overarching goal is the continuous improvement of primary health care delivery for our patients.
