Research Summit Lunch Options
Boxed Lunches
Due to our tight program schedule, we are encouraging all attendees to purchase a boxed lunch in advance of the meeting. All boxed lunch orders will be delivered to a table outside of the meeting, where you can pick up during the lunch break (box will be labeled with your name). The boxes are $16.49/person and will include selected sandwich or salad, a cookie, chip or pretzel and a bottle of water, as well as coffee during the afternoon break.
Instructions to Order Lunch (DEADLINE: September 11, 3:00 p.m. Eastern)
- Go to https://thebeanbagdelicatering2.netwaiter.com/rockville#ahrq-learning-health-care-system-summit-9-15-17
- Choose lunch item (sandwich or salads).
- Make your selection of sandwich or salad and then click "Add Item."
- Review your order and then click "Place Order" on top right-hand side.
- Sign up for account. It will then ask you to sign back in again.
- Pickup/Delivery: select “Pick Up” (note: your lunch will still be delivered to the meeting).
- Pickup Time: select "Friday, September 15, 2017"
- Select Time: 11:00 a.m.
- Provide payment (Visa, MC, Discover, AMEX).
- Review and Place Order.
You will receive a confirmation email (within 24 hours of order) confirming your purchase. All boxed lunches will be delivered to a table outside of the meeting, where you can pick up during the lunch break (box will be labeled with your name).
