 | MyhealthfinderMyhealthfinder is a special feature of the Web site www.healthfinder.gov (sponsored by the Department of Health and Human Services) that provides free information on preventive and primary health care exclusively for the general public. Consumers can use this free interactive tool to get personalized health recommendations for themselves or a family member based on age, sex, and pregnancy status. |
