This Fall Prevention Program Implementation Guide is for hospital leaders and others who want to launch a structured fall prevention initiative based on quality improvement (QI) principles. It tells how to implement the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality’s (AHRQ’s) Fall Prevention Program and the associated training curriculum.
