It will also evaluate the Massachusetts Medicaid hospital-based pay-for-performance program.Career Goals: Dr. Ryan is an Assistant Professor, Department of Public Health, Weill Cornell Medical College. He is also a Visiting Scholar in the Heller School of Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University. Dr. Ryan received his PhD in Social Policy from the Heller Graduate School at Brandeis. He then completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship at the same Institution.
