The Knowledge Transfer (KT) program consists of projects that disseminate Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) products, tools, and research to target groups and provide assistance in implementing them.
AHRQ's mission is to improve the delivery of preventive and chronic care by developing tools, resources, and materials to support health care organizations and engage the entire health care delivery system.
