Instructions:

Using the space below or a blank piece of paper, map out a multi-team system for your clinical environment, unit, department, work area, or ward.

Think about:

  • What types of team members make up each team?
  • How do the teams in your unit or ward interact with one another?
 

 

Teams and Teamwork Exercise Sheet

Instructions:

Write down the names (or positions) of the people in your immediate work area or unit who contribute to the success in providing care for your patients. If you are not clinical at present, do this exercise as if you worked in the Operating Room, Emergency Room, Labor and Delivery, a medial or surgical ward, or a Family Practice Clinic. (Choose one.)
