Why Attend

Attendees at this meeting will hear about the most recent developments in the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS®) and Surveys on Patient Safety Culture (SOPS) suites of surveys, learn how to administer the surveys more effectively, and get tips on using the survey results to educate health care professionals and improve the safety and quality of care for patients. Participants will also hear how CAHPS® survey measures can be incorporated effectively into consumer reports on health care quality.

This conference is also an excellent opportunity to learn from and network with AHRQ staff, members of the CAHPS® and SOPS research teams, and survey users.
