• What is it?

Diagram of the conceptual framework for how the opportunity estimator was created. The presenter did not go through the diagram but stressed that users enter rate data into the opportunity estimator and it translates that rate data into tangible metrics of cost and length of stay and then shows what the current burden is and what the potential savings are for a decrease in the infection rate.
