In this webinar, learn about a new AHRQ resource coming soon: A Guide to Secondary Datasets for Conducting Primary Care Research. Also, hear from three presenters about how they have used secondary datasets for primary care research, with tips and information on using the Medical Expenditure Panel Survey (MEPS), National Ambulatory Medical Care Survey (NAMCS) and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid data files. Presentations will be followed by a Q&A session.

Practice-Based Research Networks: The Value of Research in Real Primary Care Practices
AHRQ’s National Center for Excellence in Primary Care Research (NCEPCR) held a webinar, Practice-Based Research Networks: The Value of Research in Real Primary Care Practices, on April 9 from 2–3:30 p.m. ET. In this webinar, key findings were shared from AHRQ’s Primary Care Practice-Based Research Networks Publications, 2014–2023: Synthesis Report. Three Practice-Based Research Network (PBRN) researchers shared information about their research network and the kinds of research they conducted. They also discussed the value and impact of PBRN research, followed by Q&A.
