The interactive map below displays registered United States-based networks.

Navigating the map Use your mouse or the "+" and "-" buttons in the top left of the map to zoom in and out and navigate the map area. Click on the place markers to select a PBRN and view the Location and Contact Details box. From the details box, click on the PBRN name to visit their website (if applicable) or the magnifying glass to zoom in on the practice’s location. Click on "2019 PBRN Registry" at the top of the map to return to its original view.

Changing the view of the map You can change the view of the map to see locations by Network Type, Network Coverage, and Membership Level by clicking the layers icon in the top right of map and selecting the different view.
