PBRN IRB Tip Sheet 

PBRNs face unique challenges when interacting with Institutional Review Boards (IRBs). During PBRN Technical Expert Panel (TEP) meetings hosted by NCEPCR, representatives from a variety of PBRNs offered peer-to-peer advice to successfully work with IRBs. The collated suggestions are shared in a PBRN IRB Tip Sheet (PDF, 1.6 MB).

PBRN Publication Database 2014-2024 (XLSX, 1.5 MB) 

The publications resulting from PBRN work can be challenging to identify through general online or specific database searches. A new PBRN resource compiles more than 900 publications that were identified during a comprehensive Environmental Scan of PBRN publications from 2014 to 2024. This tool can be used to support and enhance ongoing PBRN research efforts. A new report, Primary Care Practice-Based Research Networks and Publications, 2014–2023: Synthesis Report, provides a comprehensive analysis of these publications and describes the landscape of primary care PBRN research over the last 10 years.
